“Know him” ‘To know Christ'(Philippians 3:7-11)

How long have you been a Christian? May varies on individual, based on when we where baptised and accepted Christ as our Lord and saviour and as the son of God who has redeemed our life through his blood, that we may obtain salvation from our sin.

Knowing God, is not a lip service or logic thinking by mere reading the bible, we have know Christ in truth and spirit and in service to mankind.

Knowing Christ requires sacrifice and change from our old ways before we know Christ to a new way that is influenced,directed and lead by the Holy Spirit.

Knowing Christ means recognising and understanding completely that we have to place a blind trust of our life in Christ hand to guide us on the part of righteousness.

Knowing Christ requires commitment in action as our life must reflect the life of Christ.

Knowing Christ means having faith in the process of partnering with God in all our actions and deeds. 

Knowing Christ is a continuous process that has no limitations and must be sustain and fortified daily with prayer,bible reading and worship.

Knowing Christ means winning soul for God by sharing his words with unbelievers so the can know Christ and be saved.

Knowing Christ should be our number one priority above our business and social life interest.

Vs7: but whatever was my profit I now consider loss.

Vs8; I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus.

Vs9; To be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith.

Knowing Christ means establishing a relationship that is based on trust and faith. 

Focus on the process of knowing Christ better day by day as partners of God to know his suffering through relationship with the Holy Spirit to guide our way.
